We dispose of staff in charge of the loyalty gaining and the due task tracking; subsequent enquiry in order to know the client’s satisfaction level to improve our offer and in addition any established planning will vary to solve the observed gap in coverage at the request of our clients or simply asking for the consent if any improvement is needed
